PRIVACY NOTICE · UPDATED OCTOBER 6, 2026

For privacy questions, corrections, removal requests, or changes to optional email permission, contact mardy@simerpu.com. Do not send sensitive case records.

Privacy notice.

This notice explains how SIMERPU handles information provided through this website, including Professional Roadmap and waitlist registration, contact, contribution, and Case Assistance requests.

Who is responsible for your information.

Mardy Gould, operating as SIMERPU, is responsible for this website and the information described in this notice. Contact mardy@simerpu.com with privacy questions or requests.

Information you choose to provide.

Roadmap and waitlist registration collects your first name and email address. Professional role is optional. Your choice about optional educational emails is recorded separately. A membership interest chosen from a plan-specific invitation may accompany the request, but choosing a plan is not required for roadmap access.

Other forms collect information relevant to the request, such as your role, contact details, request type, nonconfidential summary, optional context, source references, and permissions. Private case requests are not published as CMS content.

Do not submit employee medical information, Social Security numbers, payroll records, banking details, confidential client documents, or information you are not authorized to share.

Why we use it.

We use registration details to handle your waitlist request, provide on-page access to the Professional Roadmap after an accepted signup, and communicate about the request you made. Registration is free; it is not a membership purchase and does not create a member account.

We use contact and Case Assistance information to review your question and communicate about an appropriate next step. A case submission does not authorize SIMERPU to contact your prospect, arrange a provider introduction, or use the case in public content. Those actions require separate appropriate permission.

Contribution submissions are reviewed for editorial consideration, not automatically published or endorsed.

Your email choices.

Educational marketing is optional. The checkbox starts unchecked. If you choose it, SIMERPU may send educational updates and launch news. You can withdraw that permission by contacting mardy@simerpu.com or using an unsubscribe link when one is provided. Necessary replies about a request are separate from optional marketing.

Submitting a form does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated brands. Roadmap access on the website does not depend on email delivery.

Who receives information.

Framer hosts the website and processes native form submissions. Form notifications are sent to mardy@simerpu.com for authorized SIMERPU review and are handled through the email services used to deliver and store those messages. Private submissions must remain outside publicly accessible content collections.

Opening the online Professional Roadmap takes you to Flipsnack, an external reader with its own privacy notice and settings. SIMERPU does not add your registration details to the reader link.

Public profiles, named case material, and editorial contributions require separate appropriate publication permission. The initial request does not authorize sharing your case with providers or publishing it.

Website and resource-reader information.

Framer provides website hosting and native analytics. These may process basic technical and usage information, such as browser or device details, requested pages, and information needed to operate and protect the site. Opening an external reader also involves that provider’s own technical processing.

The roadmap flow does not add your name, email address, or case summary to page URLs, page metadata, or analytics event labels. Page views and reader-button clicks are usage measures, not evidence that someone read or completed the workbook.

Retention, access, and safeguards.

Waitlist submissions and their notification emails are retained until you request removal or unsubscribe. We then remove the active waitlist record and associated intake information, except for limited records needed to meet legal obligations or preserve your opt-out preference.

Other private requests are retained as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations. You can ask about retention or request removal using the contact below. Separately authorized published material is handled according to its publication permission and applicable obligations.

Access to private information should be limited to authorized people and services for the relevant purpose. Case narratives must not be saved to persistent browser storage or exposed as public website content.

Questions, corrections, and privacy requests.

Contact mardy@simerpu.com to ask about your information, request a correction or removal, or withdraw optional educational-email permission. Requests are handled according to applicable law; an appropriate identity check may be needed before information is disclosed or changed. Do not include sensitive case records in a privacy-request email.

Changes to this notice.

We will update this notice when the website’s intake, communication, or resource-access arrangements change. The published notice will identify its update date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
